The structure is located a few steps from the beach and its 16 apartments stand out for their style, taste and practicality. Harmonious and welcoming, it guarantees high standards of excellence to accompany you on a dream stay, in a position suspended over the sea, in the heart of the pebble beaches of Portoferraio. It will offer you shelter from the frenzy of everyday life, an enchanting stretch of coast where the turquoise blue of the sea blends with the green of the surrounding Mediterranean scrub and the white of the cliffs behind it. Padulella beach is an intimate and uncontaminated beach, a natural reserve of extraordinary beauty, a paradise for lovers of authentic nature, where it is impossible not to fall in love with the scents brought by the sea breeze, its contrasts and the emotions they evoke!  
Parking is not easy but our structure offers a private parking space reserved for all guests who stay there.  
  
We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.  
  
Booking the ferry with us will be the best choice!  
We will apply our agreed rates: you will not find anything cheaper either online or directly, anywhere.  
  
Visiting the island in comfort has never been easier! Goelbarent, the 2022 novelty of our tour operator, offers you simple and convenient scooter and e-bike rental. We'll take care of everything, you just have to choose the vehicle that best suits your needs!

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, check-in takes place directly at the reception of the structure.  
Residence Padulella is a Charming and Design structure protagonist of a total renovation completed in 2023, using quality materials enhanced by neutral colors and essential and delicate furnishing elements. The structure is located a few steps from the beach and its 16 apartments stand out for their style, taste and practicality.  
  
Studio apartment 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children - Ground Floor Exterior F  
Very comfortable apartment located on the ground floor of the structure, outside the hall with a large entrance terrace for exclusive use. It consists of a single room where there is a modern kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed with TV plus double bed with skylight on the ceiling. Large bathroom with shower.  
  
Services inside the apartment:  
\- induction burners; private washing machine; smart TVs; kettle; refrigerator with freezer; microwave; air conditioning; Wifi; safe; hairdryer  
  
Services outside the apartment:  
\- private parking space; private equipped terrace; discounted scooter and e-bike rental service; hall and waiting room with toilets on the ground floor  
  
Important Notes:  
\- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted  
\- the obligation to register is necessary even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to communicate in advance any guests present in the structure  
\- the rental must be for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults accompanied by 2 children under 12 years of age  
\- check-in at the property from 4.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am  
\- free luggage storage service upon arrival; in the same way you can enjoy a last moment at the seaside on the day of departure  
\- Animals are not allowed  
\- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)  
\- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
