This well-finished property is surrounded by pine trees and by a big garden and it is situated in a vey convenient position, equidistant between the towns of Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro, that can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. From the house you can reach, through a private path, the beach of Schiopparello: it composed by sand mixed with little stones and has a fascinating view on the bay and the skyline of Portoferraio. On the beach you can find a bar and a rent of sunchairs/sun umbrellas. Villino Francesca is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with your family, close to the sea and the nature. Pet friendly. Nearby you can find the bus stop for Portoferraio or Porto Azzurro (about 100 mt), a little supermarket, a pharmacy, some restaurants (about 500 mt). At about 3 km there is the beach of Bagnaia, where you can also find restaurants, bars, a windsurf school, a diving center, etc. “Villino Francesca” is a small one-bedroom cottage for 2/4 pax, ideal for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by the garden. It consists of living room with well-equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. On the outside, there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining. This nice apartment is new and well furnished and it has furthermore air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking place. Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 p.m. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: electricity, water, gas, A/C and Wi-Fi included. Final cleanings: € 100 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Schönes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Hund auch. Ca. 7 Minuten durch einen Pinienwald zu einem sehr schmalen Strandabschnitt. Aber man ist allein dort und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Portoferraio. Zur Info: Man muss entweder Bettwäsche und Handtücher von zuhause mitbringen oder für 40€ mieten, da sind aber keine Küchentücher dabei und bei längerem Aufenthalt auch keine Handtücher zum Wechseln. Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht, tolle Strände und Restaurants in der Nähe und sehr nette Besitzer bzw. Nachbarn gleich neben an mit einem Hund namens "Whiskey", in den sich auch unsere Hündin verliebt hat :) Der fast private kleine Strand des Grundstückes an dem wir am Morgen jeweils Yoga machen konnten, rundete alles zusammen mit dem perfekten Wetter ab! Einzig das Bett bzw. die Matratze hätte etwas weicher sein dürfen, allenfalls sind wir diesbezüglich aber auch einfach verweichlicht :) Gerne wieder und vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! ##### Beat G. Na enige onderzoek werd dit duidelijk. De badkamer was niet schoon. De toilet stonk naar plas. Het was zeer onplezierig. We hebben dit met de eigenaar gesproken en deze hebben al eerder aangegeven dat ze ontevreden waren over de schoonmaak. Dit is echt een hele nare ervaring.
