Incredible apartment in Typical Tuscan Villa where you will be able to enjoy its wonderful outdoor spaces, providing relief to body and mind, for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. It is located in a central area between the North and the South and East sides of the Island, a perfect location for those who are planning an itinerant vacation where they can discover the various locations that our territory offers. The area is along Costa and is located near the Villa Romana delle Grotte, a scenic place where you can breathe the history of the past, immersed in the colors of the dense Mediterranean scrub and the scents of the surrounding vineyards. Less than 1 km away is the green area of San Giovanni, where there is an outdoor gym and a wonderful walk along its Lungomare where it is possible to admire the whole town of Portoferraio with breathtaking sunsets, as well as the swimming pools of Hotel Airone open to the outdoors.

Casa Athena is an apartment located inside a Farmhouse, where all the musts are respected: comfort, functionality and stylish furnishings. It is developed all on one ground floor and overlooks a wonderful garden where for the exclusive use of guests there will be a comfortable BBQ area covered by a canopy and garden furniture. It is located on the main artery that connects the port town of Portoferraio, with its wonderful coves of Costa Bianca and Costa Verde all reachable within 5 km, and the nearby resorts on the southern side such as Lacona, Norsi and Lido di Capoliveri all reachable within 7 km. Strategic position also to visit the Bagnaia side, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the island and secluded and reserved beaches where sailing courses are also organized. You will be 800 meters from the sea, the Lungomare di San Giovanni, an evocative Gulf where the panorama opens onto the island's capital, a place to enjoy rejuvenating walks with the view and scent of the sea, losing yourself in the unspoiled nature that enriches this stretch of coastline. It is a perfect starting point for those who intend to experience the island in 360 degrees, the house is able to evoke the feelings that the island conveys in its first impact, peace, serenity and a timeless place.  
  
It 6 beds (where a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults accompanied by two children are allowed) and is accessed from this wonderful veranda where there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa, bright and cool. From the living area you can access the two blind rooms, the first double with en suite bathroom with shower and bidet, the second with double bed and bunk bed. The apartment is surrounded by a wonderful garden, where the BBQ area with a canopy will allow you to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners even in the hottest hours of the day.
