A few minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches of the island, such as the "white beaches", Viticcio and L'Enfola, the property is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of several supermarkets and shops. It is an exclusively residential fraction, it extends along the main street in the direction of Campo nell'Elba, a very convenient point for reaching Napoleon's residence in San Martino or the marvelous golden sandy beaches of the Biodola Gulf just 5 km away. In the opposite direction, the provincial road connects you to the east coast, from Rio Marina to Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.  
  
  
Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.  
For those wishing to spend their holidays in Portoferraio, the capital of the Island of Elba, moving comfortably to visit the other areas of the island, this three-room apartment is ideal.  
  
Three-room apartment 4/5 beds (maximum of 4 adults or 3 adults and 2 children aged 12 or younger)  
55 m2 apartment on the first floor of a small building, where there is an entrance terrace shared with the adjacent apartment covered by a portico. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa, small terrace for exclusive use. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a single bed and a washing machine and an entrance hallway where there is a single bed + single pull-out bed and from where you can access the bathroom with shower (without box). It does not have a private parking space but there is a large free public parking in front of the house.

Important Notes:  
\- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)  
\- Rental for up to 4 adults or 3 adults and 2 children aged 12 or under  
\- Animals are not allowed  
\- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)  
\- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site  
\- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.
