The property is surrounded by green vineyards and olive trees. It is a convenient location that allows you to easily visit different locations on the island: east, north and south. From the Costa che Brilla, the mineral area of ​​the island that extends between Rio Marina and Cavo with its dark and wild beaches such as Nisporto and Nisportino to continue up to those of the Costa dei Gabbiani, characterized by high cliffs overlooking the sea and many small coves and beaches such as Barabarca and Felciaio. The recently renovated apartment is located in a private property closed by a gate and surrounded by greenery where peace and tranquility are at home. It consists of a bright living room with double sofa bed and TV, modern kitchen equipped with induction burners and oven, bathroom with Jacuzzi. The exterior opens onto a large paved outdoor area equipped for eating. It is also the ideal location for lovers of nature and quiet, despite the size, it offers large open spaces and is inserted in a comfortable context full of privacy.
