The "Villa Romana" is a beautiful and comfortable two-story villa surrounded by trees. It offers a private property of 2'000 m2 (fenced) with an angular, heated, and fenced swimming pool (11 x 4 m, depth 70 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.). The villa also features amenities like a table tennis setup, boules court, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room, parking, and a single garage. It is an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a peaceful retreat in Porto-Vecchio, France.  
  
Outdoors  
The villa boasts a spacious outdoor area with a private property of 2'000 m2 (fenced). Guests can enjoy the angular, heated, and fenced swimming pool (11 x 4 m, depth 70 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.). The property also features a table tennis setup and a boules court, providing ample opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Additionally, the well-known Lac de l'Ospédale (26 km) and the Aiguilles de Bavella hiking trails (50 km) are easily accessible from the villa. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas.

Unit Layout  
This 6-room villa, Villa Romana, spans across 200 square meters on two levels, offering comfortable furnishings. The main level features a living/dining room with a dining table and an exit leading to the terrace. Two rooms on this floor are equipped with one French bed each (160 cm, length 200 cm), providing direct access to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/shower/WC. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, five induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate shower/WC is also located on this level. Electric heating and air-conditioning ensure year-round comfort. The upper floor houses two more rooms, each with one bed (90 cm, length 200 cm) and one French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), along with a shower/WC. Electric heating and air-conditioning are available on this floor as well.

The villa is equipped with various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Outdoor features include a terrace with furniture, a barbecue area, deck chairs (12), and a sitting area overlooking the swimming pool, garden, and countryside. Inside, you'll find a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hair dryer for added convenience. Wi-Fi internet access is provided, ensuring seamless connectivity during your stay. Additionally, reserved parking and a garage on the property offer secure storage for your vehicle. Please note that a smoke alarm is installed for your safety.
