Pretty villa in a peaceful, leafy location, south of Porto Vecchio on the hill of Porra, without noise pollution, comfortable, air-conditioned, located ten minutes from the center of Porto-Vecchio and five minutes from the beaches of Palombaggia and Santa- Giulia. Shops (mini-market, bakery) five minutes away. Traffic is fluid at all times to get to town or to the beaches. Restaurants nearby.

L’accueil est en tout point parfait. La propriétaire est charmante et sympathique. Nous sommes ravis de cette location et songeons à y retourner un jour. Lysiane donne beaucoup de conseils pour profiter du séjour et faciliter l’occupation de la maison ( linge....) . Nous recommandons. Merci Lysiane

#### Schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus in guter Lage
Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Trotz unserer Ankunft erst nach Mitternacht erwartete sie uns sehr freundlich. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Die Terrasse ist insbesondere für die Abende sehr schön. Tagsüber fehlt es hier etwas an Schatten. Zu den Traumstränden ist es mit dem Auto nur 5 min. Die Parkplatzsuche dort war für uns Mitte September kein Problem. Auch gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Ebenso ist die Lage ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Gebirge oder in die netten Städtchen der Umgebung (z.B. Bonifacio ca. 25 min). Abends konnten wir dann wieder wunderbar in dem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus entspannen. Ein insgesamt sehr gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank.

Excellent séjour dans la maison de Lysiane que nous remercions pour son chaleureux accueil et ses conseils. La maison est spacieuse et agréable, idéalement placée à 5 minutes de magnifiques plages. Terrasse et jardin très agréable avec une vue au loin sur la mer .... ! Nous recommandons vivement cette maison !

La maison est parfaitement située à 5 min en voiture d'une des plus belles plages de Corse et proche du centre de Porto Vecchio. L'environnement est calme et agréable. La maison est grande et très bien équipée. Lysiane a été très disponible pendant notre séjour pour répondre à nos questions. Une adresse à retenir et à recommander.

#### Ein herrliches Stück Korsika und ein geräumiges Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Das wohlausgestattete Haus lädt einerseits zum Verweilen/Sonnen/Faulenzen/Kochen ein, andererseits ist es ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt sowohl für (halbe) Tage an den Stränden von Palombaggia, Santa Giulia und Acciaju als auch für Ausflüge ins bergige Hinterland, an die (viel einsamere!) Westküste hinter Figari oder ins wunderschöne Bonifacio. Für sehr heiße Tage stand gottlob im Wohnbereich eine potente Klimaanlage zur Verfügung. Die sehr sympathische Vermieterin und Nachbarin Lysiane Garnier spricht gut deutsch und steht kompetent mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, aber ohne dabei in irgendeiner Weise aufdringlich zu sein. Ganz besonders haben wir die Ruhe und den nächtlichen Sternenhimmel bestaunt und genossen - wer allerdings beizeiten etwas mehr "Leben" braucht kann in eines der belebten Restaurants der Küstenstraße / der Strände herunterfahren oder in den nahe gelegenen Open Air Club Via Notte (10 Min.) absteigen. Für unseren Fall (= drei kleine Kinder) waren die sehr kinderfreundlichen Strände aufregend und erlebnisreich genug, wobei es eine gewisse Zeit braucht, um zu wissen, an welcher Stelle man am günstigsten parken kann... Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Danke, Mme Garnier!

#### Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Haben als 4-köpfige Familie 2 sehr erholsame Wochen verbringen können. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, verlässlich und spricht gut deutsch. Sie wohnt direkt nebenan, was aber überhaupt nicht stört. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Küchenausstattung, schöne Schlafzimmer, schönes Bad, die Betten sind mit je 140cm für 2 Personen gewöhnungsbedürftig schmal. Die Terrasse bietet gerade genug Schattenplätze zum Essen, zum hinlegen wird es hier zu eng, sind dann mit den Liegen mit dem Sonnenstand ums Haus gewandert, Schatten durch Bäume gibts quasi nicht. Das Haus liegt fast oben auf dem Berg ca. 200 Meter über dem Meer, gut durch eine kleine Serpentinenstraße erreichbar. Zum Haus zweigt dann eine kleine ca 100m lange Schotterpiste ab, man braucht aber kein SUV. Meerblick gab es vielleicht einmal, ist zwischenzeitlich aber zugewachsen. Mehrere wirklich wunderschöne Strände sind in 10min errreichbar, Pfingsten waren die Parkplätze auch kostenlos., man braucht eine Weile bis man die kleinen Zufahrten zum Meer kennt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf einen Pool kann man bei dem nahe gelegenen Meer getrost verzichten.

#### Sejour exceptionnel!
Déja un grand merci à Lysianne qui a su nous accueillir très chaleureusement dans sa belle maison... Sa maison est très spacieuse, son grand salon avec cuisine ouverte et grande terrasse exterieure nous a fait passer de supers moments le soir ... le calme est très apprécié surtout pour des parisiens comme nous qui sommes dans le bruit en permanence... L'avantage de sa maison est qu'elle se trouve dans le maquis corse en haut d'une colline donc vous allez avoir toutes les bonnes odeurs et un ciel découvert sans aucune pollution lumineuse des grandes villes, alors accrochez vous n'allez jamais voir autant d'étoiles fillantes de votre vie! C'est vraiment un endroit paradisiaque, on s'y sent bien, ce n'est pas du surfait comme ce dont nous pouvons voir avec les hotels all inclusive ... la c'est du vrai, de la nature Juste en bas de la colline se trouve des commerces pour faire les courses, et de l'autre coté de la colline les plus belles plages de Corse donc on est à coté de tout... Honnetement on y serait bien resté 15 jours de plus sans problème tellement qu'on s'y sentait bien! Cette maison dégage un karma de dingue! Merci encore à Lysianne la propriétaire pour tout... surement à l'année prochaine!

Excellent séjour dans une maison de charme, spacieuse et très bien agencée avec un beau jardin arboré (habité par une petite tortue d'hermann) proche des commodités et des plages (5min)... les plus belles comme Palombaggia et Tamaricciu. Propriétaire accueillante, à l'écoute et de très bons conseils.

Nous avons passé avec notre petite fille un super séjour La maison est au calme , propre, beau jardin et terrasse très agréable pour déjeuner dehors ! La maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire Les plages sont magnifiques à seulement 5 min de la ville il y a également des commerces à côté . Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous ont très bien conseillés sur les visites et restaurants Nous y retournerons certainement !!!

#### Superbe séjour!
Super séjour, accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire. La maison est juste superbe et très chaleureuse on sy sent bien dès la première seconde ou nous étions entré. A quelques mn des plus belles plages de Corse, c'était vraiment le top et tellement reposant Le soir il ny a pas un bruit, le ciel est juste magnifique nous avons jamais vu autant d'étoiles de notre vie Un petit plus pour nos enfants qui aiment aller faire la fete, la boite de nuit VIA NOTTE est a quelques minutes en voiture. Nous avons hate d'y retourner nous avons trouvé notre petit coin de paradis.

#### Ein schönes Haus im Südosten Korsikas
Das Haus war sehr gut und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg oberhalb des Meers. Frau Garnier wars höflich und nett. Wir konnten uns jederzeit ins Haus zurückziehen (Klimaanlage) und waren von den Stränden 5-15 Autominuten entfernt. Man konnte sich vom ersten Tag an gut erholen, wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Très jolie maison, au calme, avec une superbe vue, à proximité des plus belles plages (3' en voiture de Palombagia) et des plus beaux sites (facilités pour aller vers Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio...). Une vue superbe à 5 min d'une des plus belles plages. Après des journées de visites nous étions heureux de retrouver le confort et le calme de cette belle propriété. Lieu idéal pour passer des vacances de rêves en famille ou entre amis. Merci à la propriétaire pour ses conseils et son accueil.

#### Wunderschönes Haus, ruhig und gut ausgestattet
Wir haben im August/September 2015 eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist geräumig, fantastisch ausgestattet und befindet sich in günstiger (Auto-)Distanz zu den umliegenden Stränden. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett, bemüht und diskret. Merci beaucoup, Mme Garnier! Es war ein toller Urlaub.

#### Super Wohnung
Wir haben 2 Wochen in Palombaggia verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ein ausgezeichneter Rückzugsort der mit dem großen Wohnzimmer und der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche zum Entspannen einläd. Insbesondere wer selbst kochen möchte hat gute Bedingungen. Das Haus liegt auf der Höhe über den Stränden von Palombaggia und bietet sehr viel Ruhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von der Besitzerin gut und zurückhaltend betreut. Es war rundum super.
