The Stanatura is a beautiful residence boasting 50 apartments spread across five floors, constructed in 2020. You can enjoy amenities like Internet WiFi, Parking, and an Installment Plan. This holiday rental is ideally situated on the outskirts of Porto Vecchio, France, just 600 meters from the town center and 2 kilometers from the sea.

Explore the stunning sandy beach of Palombaggia, merely 6 kilometers away from the residence. Outdoor enthusiasts can indulge in activities like golfing at the course 7 kilometers away or horseback riding at the stable 2 kilometers from the property.  
  
Other Information  
The residence offers a shop and grocery store within 50 meters, a supermarket at 1 kilometer, a restaurant at 200 meters, and a bakery at 1 kilometer, ensuring all your daily needs are met with convenience. Additionally, a heliport is located nearby.

The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and a flat-screen TV. This room provides access to the terrace. One bedroom is furnished with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and also offers access to the terrace. The second bedroom contains two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long).  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also has a shower/WC, electric heating, and air-conditioning. The terrace, measuring 25 square meters, is equipped with terrace furniture and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer, and free Wi-Fi internet access. Reserved parking is available for your convenience. The apartment is suitable for families and non-smokers only, with a smoke alarm installed. It also features a Plancha (a type of griddle) and a wine cellar.
