This two-story vacation rental offers a private, fenced natural property spanning 600 square meters, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the convenience of a nearby grocery store just 50 meters away, and take advantage of the provided Internet Wifi, Parking, and Yard amenities.

This charming historical house is situated in the center of Muratello, outside the resort area. It is located 7.2 kilometers from the center of Porto-Vecchio, France, and 7 kilometers from the sea. Please note that having a car is recommended for maximum convenience during your stay.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment with a total area of 70 square meters, located on the upper floor. The apartment features rustic furnishings and an open-plan living/dining room with a television. There are two bedrooms, one measuring 15 square meters with a single bed (80 cm, length 180 cm) and a French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), while the other room of the same size has a French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, a kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with a shower/WC, electric heating, and a small balcony of 4 square meters facing west with balcony furniture. Additionally, it is furnished with a washing machine, internet (WiFi, extra), and reserved parking at the house. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking, but one small pet or dog is allowed. A smoke alarm is also installed for your safety.  
  
Other Information  
This vacation rental is offered by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is important to note that the property is named "Santa" and has a total floor area of 70 square meters.
