Property Summary  
Le Palazzu is a residence composed of two buildings, the Bastion (lower part) and the Castle (upper part), built in 2016 with 48 apartments. It offers amenities such as a swimming pool, internet WiFi, parking, tennis court, and an installment plan for your holiday rental. The property is located on the outskirts of Porto-Vecchio, France, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the sea and 10 km from the beach.  
  
Outdoors  
The residence features a shared swimming pool measuring 20 x 8 meters with a depth of 160 cm, available seasonally from May 1st to October 31st. The pool is maintained by the owner/gardener. The complex also provides air conditioning for your comfort.  
  
Other Information  
Access to the property is via a steep, unmade road, and a car is recommended. The residence has electric gates for added security. Nearby, you can find a shop 1 km away, a grocery store 400 meters away, a supermarket 2.5 km away, and a restaurant 400 meters away. Additionally, there is a marina 1 km away, a golf course 6 km away, a tennis court 2 km away, and a riding stable 3 km away.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The residence is situated 8 km from a sandy beach. Nearby attractions include Figari (21 km), Bonifacio (25 km), Solenzara (40 km), and the Iles Lavezzi islands. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the L'Ospedale and Réserve Naturelle de Bonifacio hiking trails.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that spans 80 square meters and is located on the ground floor.  
The living/dining room is comfortably and beautifully furnished, with a flat-screen TV and an exit leading to the terrace.  
There is one small room with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long.  
Additionally, there is an alcove with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment features an open kitchen equipped with three hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
You will have access to two showers and two toilets.  
The apartment is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning for your comfort.  
A washing machine is also available for your convenience.  
Wi-Fi internet access is provided, although there may be an additional charge for it.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment includes a 15-square-meter terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing during your vacation.  
A garage space, number 100, is available for your use.  
Please note that the telephone in the apartment can only receive incoming calls, and smoking is not permitted.  
A smoke alarm is installed for your safety.  
Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in open-plan spaces, such as the gallery or alcove.
