« Checkin funktionierte leider nicht, da kein Wohnungsschlüssel in der Schlüsselbox war.....Leider stimmte die Hausnummer des Mietobjektes nicht mit den Angaben für das Checkin überein. In der Wohnung selber waren einige Dinge zu reklamieren: Brauseduschkopf verkalkt, Toilettensitzdeckel nicht richtig befestigt, Lampen defekt. Diese Dinge wurden aber sehr schnell beseitigt bzw. repariert. Das Haus, indem sich das Mietobjekt befindet, ist sehr hellhörig. Wir wurden zur Einhaltung der Ruhe abends...

Local cafe/bar was in walking distance with authentic food. Walk to the ocean promenade was great but be prepared to walk back up the steep hill »

« Carolina, the concierge was incredible and made this an easy check-in and great trip. She met us at the apartment and explained everything and provided tips about the area. When small issues arose (such as the hair dryer broke) she was quick to solve them. The apartment is in a FANTASTIC location with access to attractions such as funicular and hop on close by. Everything is walkable. If you wish to go further the taxi or bus is a 5 min walk. Restaurant alley is a 5 min walk with bars and...

« Very nice new unit, air conditioning works very well, roomy, well-stocked kitchen, and a lovely private patio with sun loungers and a million dollar view of funchal and the ocean far below. Has a washer and dryer that do not dry to north american standards, you have to leave clothes out on the patio, but that is like every place we have rented in Portugal so far. A high end dining road with numerous restaurants including a Michelin two star, but also with more reasonable options, is a block away...

« A wonderful place to stay!!! The views and pool are so incredible you won’t want to leave!! The place was very big, fully equipped. It was nice to have laundry and the decks were the best part!! Loved it - would recommend staying here to anyone! It’s a bit of a drive to the downtown core but I think the views and property are worth it. »

"Rien a redire, tout était parfait de la chambre au restaurant, au spa, hammam, sauna. Le personnel est gentil, accueillant et souriant et au petit soin , vraiment au top! En janvier le parking souterrain sera opérationnel ainsi que le soin massage. A notre arrivée dans la chambre nous attendait une collation avec un bien de Madère de 10 ans d'âge vraiment excellent 😁. Le petit déjeuner et variés puis présenté avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. Nous y étions pour la semaine de Noël et même là le personnel ainsi que les cuisines ont assuré, repas divin, petit supplément pour l'accompagnement de vin 18€( par personne) aucun regret. Nous avions la chambre vue sur la mer, nous avons également loué une voiture pour se déplacer sans contrainte et voir ce que nous voulions. Je recommande vivement !"

"accueil, gentillesse, vue exceptionnelle, jacuzzi accessible à toute heure, même très tard ...c'est top ! peignoir, chaussons et serviettes piscines ... rien ne manque ! On cherche encore un point négatif mais c'est dur à trouver : chambre un peu humide mais clim et déshumidificateur dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel ! jus d'orange frais et pressé dans un buffet ... c'est un point parmi tant d'autres qui permettent un bon début de journée Parking et accès aux piscines naturelles : facile grâce aux accès offerts par l'hôtel !"
