Located in the very heart of the historical center of Porto, this brand new apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, and a terrace for relaxing. We have decorated this new apartment with an enormous passion and care! Therefore we want to provide you the best experience of accomodation you have ever had! Located in an historic neighborhood, in the centre of the city (a 100 metres from the Clérigos Tower), our apartment was built and renovated, respecting the toponymy of the street. Our apartment has good and spacious areas (110m2) and a pleasant outside area to relax and to have dinning time with family and friends. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning system and a fully equipped kitchen and living room! It has lot of windows , which is constantly illuminated by the sunlight and provides an extremely pleasant place at any time of the year. The guests can have access to all furniture of the apartment and also use all equipments there available. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any doubts or questions you might have, during your stay in our charmed and beautiful city. We will provide you all information needed, either through the mobile phone, email or personally. Our neighborhood is located in a central area of Porto and the street is one of the most emblematic streets in town. Please have in mind that you are a few meters of all mainly attractions of the city! In our neighborhood you will be amazed with our local History , gastronomy, shopping areas, squares , nightspots , viewpoints and churches! We wish you a warm welcome to this city and our apartment. Here you will feel the true spirit of this city! In the historical centre of Porto, classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, the accomodation is located approximately 200 meters from the Aliados Avenue, 300 meters from the Train and Metro São Bento Station, 500 meters from the Ribeira, 350 meters from Porto Cathedral, 350 meters from the Palácio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market. The accommodation is very closed to all public transports of the city. You are just 350 meters from the nearest metro and train station (S. Bento) and less than 100 meters from the Bus Tours, Tram Stop and Taxi cabs. Dear Guest, Fortunately, covid19 in Portugal is practically controlled, and life has returned to normal. However, as a precaution, we offer disinfectant gel during your stay. At the end of each stay, we hire a disinfection team to ensure that everything will be disinfected and ready for the next guest. They helped us with our luggage both coming and going. The location was great with nice restaurants and other venues within walking distance. It has one master bedroom with attached bathroom, and another much smaller bedroom with bathroom separate; also there is a little courtyard, a small living area and kitchen/dining area. The only reason I gave this a "4" is that we were two couples, so one couple had the very small and dark room, and late at night they were awakened by loud footsteps overhead. Veronica was extremely accessible, and was grateful that we told her about this issue, so hopefully they will have installed carpeting to muffle the sound. This would be a perfect place for a family, as children could sleep in the second room. Overall, I would recommend this as a lovely place and very conveniently located. ##### Betty O. It is perfect for two couples travelling together. The location is right in the heart of Porto and close to everything. Our hosts Veronica and Nuno were wonderful. Nuno met us at the flat and explained everything to us, answering all our questions. He provided some excellent suggestions for restaurants as well. Flat is immaculate, very clean and very quiet with everything you'll need in a home from home. It is centrally located to reach every bit of magical Porto, and Porto is truly stunning. I didn't personally meet Verónica as we had no problems at all but she was always quick to respond to any questions we had and messaged us to check everything was OK. Aug 26, 2018 #### beautiful modern apartment in central porto with all the amenties In center of Porto, but away from the crowds this is a perfect place to spend your time. Big front room is spacious and has a very comfy bed. Bathroom is lovely- could use something to put or hang your toiletry bag on, and to keep the shampoo, soap, etc in the shower. But otherwise an awesome shower, very needed after a busy day up and down the city. Kitchen is great- could use a cutting board and a new wine key- we broke a fab bottle of red wine (we did drink it!:) It's a bit tight to make a meal for 4, but for a rental on a vacation was great!!! The little patio is lovely . Second bedroom has a great bed, slightly smaller room, but perfect for little people. We used the washer/dryer and really appreciated it as we travelled for a week. The hosts are great with communication and very helpful to answer any of our questions. Would highly recommend to stay there! ##### Ivan D. We enjoyed our stay here. Super comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. With a few additional touches it could be a 5\* property. Check-in by code was great, but a simple instruction sheet would be helpful, especially to work the door lock. A few nespesso capsules, dishwasher tablets and a chopping board would have made our stay perfect. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Gillian G.
