This special place was created with intention and offers truly beautiful food, linen, garden, swimming pool, drinks, soaps, and people! The colors and calming decor combined with aromatherapy and a stunning view really created an invitation to breathe. The staff took great care to pay attention to every single detail and helped with anything we asked. Upon arrival we were offered a fantastic welcome drink and cookies while our bags were whisked to our room. The linens, bed, and pillows made for a great night sleep. The breakfast spread and surroundings looked like they were right out of a magazine. Both Marta and Sonia and the chef provided service with great smile. Breakfast was excellent and plenty. Beautiful view of the Douro river and the city. Accessible by Uber and taxi.
