The apartment was clean, spacious, well located, equipped with new furnishings, along with a well equipped kitchen. Location was ideal, easy to visit various historical sites. The host even provided a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift. How great is that!

Excellent apartment very convenient to metro, train and bus stops for easy transportation around the city. Staff is super responsive - we got a terrific intro to the city from Victor! A on this one - I highly recommend it and would would stay here again.

First of all the place is next to impossible to find. Secondly you walk into a pitch black place that steps down with no warning. Fell flat on my face and injured my knee. The bathroom had black mold in the shower. Pubic hairs on the walls. I expect a full refund.

We were given wrong address for the property. The address shown on Expedia reservation was 322 and we waited till 4;00pm for the code to enter the building. But the code came with a different address. We had to drag our 5 bags on a very steep street to get to the apartment. The first level apartment had the entrance on a very noisy street. People walking right outside our apartment till past midnight. Was not able to sleep till 1:00am. The apartment itself was very clean and good condition.

The receptionist Beatriz was awesome, the place is well situated for everything. Some sketchy characters were hanging around outside the place sometimes. It’s in full public view so no problem. Early check in is a bit difficult but you can leave luggage at the office 15 min walk away or wait until 4 and use a locker at the train station which is 1 min walk
