Equipped with all the essentials you might need during your stay and with a priveleged location right on the outskirts of the city center, while still being in the middle of all the action, we're sure you'll enjoy your time with us!

This inviting studio flat is ready to become your new home during your getaway! Filled with ample sunlight throughout the day, the flat comprises of the following key features:   
\- A main area with a comfortable double bed (and freshly laundered linen!) and an AC for the warmest days. You'll also find a space heater, to help you with the cold.  
\- A living area with a couch and TV.  
\- A kitchenette that comes well-equipped with all the key amenities you could require for the preparation of a delicious homecooked meal like a microwave, an oven, a stove and cooking utensils. There's also a toaster, electric kettle and a coffee machine.  
\- A full bathroom with a shower, sink and mirror. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
