Con: Noise from outside (Fully understandable since this is located at the busiest street.) It is a bit dark without natural light. The property is just few steps away from the Säo Bento station, and the Time Out Market. Also, for day trip there is a place crossing the street where activities could be booked. The Rua das Flores is just crossing the street with easy access to bakeries, restaurants and shops. I would stay again in this property and highly recommended it to friends visiting Porto.
