I had a very good stay at this place in Porto. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around the city extremely easy. You should definitely stay at RVA Porto Central Flats if you are going to Porto. After booking, I was contacted by the office through Expedia, and they kindly answered all my questions. The room was very clean, and the interior was contemporary, modern, functional, and comfortable. The location is also excellent and incredibly convenient. However, please be careful in the bathroom as the floor can be slippery when showering.

I stayed for three days. Room was comfortable and spacious. It is at a great location at reasonable price. Sao Bento Train station one block away and Ribeira waterfront within 10 minute walk. Area was surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Porto Cathedral was a 5 minute walk. The only negative I would say coffee maker was not cleaned and I would find front door to entrance in the building open late evening.
