Find us at our City View Apartment 2F, a cozy apartment located in a square marked by important events in the history of Portugal and the city of Porto. Close to all the main attractions, this apartment is ideal for those who enjoy a prime location, business professionals, or a weekend getaway.  
  
The Space:  
  
The apartment features a double bedroom, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We can't forget to mention the lovely view of Praça da República.  
  
For your convenience, our apartment includes an elevator (starting from the first floor), air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

The Neighborhood:  
  
Located in the heart of the city, at Praça da República, you will be at the center of all the excitement, where everything happens in Porto. Here, you can lose yourself in the famous Galerias de Paris, shop at Praça Carlos Alberto, stroll along the renowned Rua de Santa Catarina and the Bairro da Lapa, and taste Porto’s most famous dish: the Francesinha.  
  
If you wish to explore other parts of the city, you will be just a 5-minute walk from Trindade metro station, with access to all metro lines. Around the apartment, you will find supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants. We would love to welcome you.

You may request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon consultation).  
  
You also have access to an extensive public transportation network.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Important note: There are ongoing works near the apartment annex, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests. Therefore, we follow a transparency policy to ensure that our guests' expectations are properly managed. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!  
  
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.  
  
If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).  
  
If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon consultation.  
  
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest.  
  
The tenant is required to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits for this purpose are expected.  
  
We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! You only need to request it (price upon consultation).  
  
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).

#### Nice flat, quiet neighborhood

Nice, well appointed flat. Managers we’re very responsive to all inquiries. Conveniently located just above a grocery store, easy downhill walk to restaurants and cafes. A few drawbacks, however, are that the bed is not king sized as advertised and there is a lift, but you must walk up a flight of stairs from the ground floor to the first floor to reach it. Also be aware that there are no consumables (coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, etc) provided, but since grocery store in just below this is no big deal. They did come to change linens after 3 days which was nice. Overall, a nice stay at a good price.
