Meet us at our City Design Apartment N, a charming apartment on Rua do Paraíso. Well located, this apartment is ideal for couples on vacation, professionals on business or a weekend getaway in Porto.  
  
The Space:  
  
The apartment has one double bedroom, a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.   
  
For your convenience, our apartment has an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV with channels.

The Neighborhood:  
  
Located on Rua do Paraíso, you'll be close to the imposing Igreja da Lapa, where you can find the heart of D. Pedro IV in Portugal/D. Pedro I in Brazil. You may also be lucky enough to attend a concert by the Lapa Church's Great Pipe Organ.   
  
Less than 200 meters away you'll find the Faria Guimarães metro station, which will give you quick access to all of Porto's public transport. Less than 900 meters away on foot, you'll find yourself in the city center, on the emblematic Avenida dos Aliados or the famous Rua Santa Catarina. Don't forget to stop by Ribeira to enjoy the view of the River Douro and the Gaia pier. In the vicinity of the apartment, you'll find cafés, restaurants and stores.   
  
Within 7 km you can also visit our beaches or take a stroll along the seafront at Foz do Douro.

There is a vast network of public transport at your disposal.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).  
  
There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.  
  
If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.  
  
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).  
  
The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.  
  
If you're thinking of bringing your pet, bear in mind that the final price shown on your booking only includes one. If you are bringing more than one, please contact us.   
  
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of 150 € on the cost of water, electricity and the internet / television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.  
  
We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! You just have to ask (consult us for the price)  
  
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request (please contact us for prices).  
  
If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.

#### Good location, no working dishwasher!

Excellent location, 2 mins walk from metro station, easy from the airport. Lovely shower and body lotions. However, no working dishwasher, and did look like it had been out of action sometime. Had to wash up in a saucepan, as sink so big and no washing up bowl, minimal washing up liquid, nothing to dry with, and water went everywhere on kitchen units. No thought how visitors would wash up without the dishwasher. Toilet dripped 24/7, very annoying when trying to sleep.
