The Neighborhood: Located in a prestigious area of Porto, Foz, the Sea & River View Apartment is perfect for those who love to stroll, situated less than 5 minutes on foot from the fantastic waterfront in Foz do Douro, where you can walk, bike, swim at the beach, or simply enjoy a terrace by the sea. For those opting for a more cultural visit, the apartment is only a 10-minute drive from downtown Porto. The best public transport option would be the bus, with lines 200/204/207/504 passing near the apartment. A good option to reach the apartment is the number 500 bus, which starts at the São Bento Station, the city’s main station, and travels through Ribeira, the waterfront along the Douro River, Foz, the Matosinhos beaches, and ends at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find a variety of regional products and fresh fish. Getting Around: For those looking for a more cultural visit, you won't be disappointed. Our apartment is just a 10-minute drive from the city center and close to the bus station. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. If you check out after the scheduled time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request. For monthly bookings, there is a limit of 150€ for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for paying the excess. The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property whenever requested, with monthly visits planned for inspection purposes. The price shown is for two people. An additional fee of €25 per night will be charged for each extra guest. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas klein und nicht so sehr für Selbstkocher geeignet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Gute Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Direkbus und historische Bahn nach Porto fast hinter dem Haus. Wir sind zu Fuß am Douro entlang nach Porto gelaufen innerhalb 1 Stunde. Ein wunderbarer Spaziergang. Nach einer Besichtigung im quirligen Porto kann man sich toll am Wasser in ruhiger Atmosphäre erholen. Shuttleservice vom Flughafen hat perfekt geklappt. Check-in war ebenso perfekt und wir haben tolle Informationen erhalten. Alles in allem ein gelungener Start in Porto. Wir würden wieder kommen. ##### Gabriele B.
