A beautiful space with zenith light and an Eames Lounge Chair, not forgetting the stunning view of the Douro River, the beautiful Cais de Gaia, and the Serra do Pilar Monastery.  
  
The Space:  
The apartment has 04 double bedrooms, 02 of which are en-suite with balconies, a spacious living room with furniture designed by famous designers, a cozy reading area with a zenith light, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a small balcony with a view of the Douro River, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort.  
  
For your convenience, our apartment features an elevator, air conditioning in all rooms, and Wi-Fi.

The Neighborhood:  
Located in the heart of Porto, on Rua das Taipas, you will be an 8-minute walk from the Alfândega do Porto and the Historic Center of Ribeira, just 3 minutes from the Fernandina Wall. You will also have many options for restaurants, cafes, churches, and museums. You will be in the city center, where you can shop at the stores on Rua de Santa Catarina, visit the Chapel of Souls, and other iconic tourist spots in Porto.

Other Things to Note:  
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.  
  
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.  
  
If you lose the key, you will incur a charge (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price upon consultation.  
  
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses amounting to €270. If this amount is exceeded, the additional costs will be paid by the guest.  
  
The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a collaborator for an inspection of the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.  
  
We have a transfer service available to drop you off at the apartment! Just request it (price upon consultation).  
  
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast that can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
