The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your meals, and the balcony provides stunning city views. The mezzanine-style bedroom (accessible by stairs) features a comfortable double bed. The complete bathroom ensures a pleasant stay. The apartment also offers air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable channels.

You will have full access to the apartment, including the private bedroom with a double bed, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony. Enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and kitchenware. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

Lapa Street in Porto is a historic and central street located in the parish of Cedofeita. Just steps from the apartment is the Lapa Church, a remarkable example of Portuguese Baroque architecture, built in the 18th century. Its privileged location allows easy walking access to tourist attractions such as Avenida dos Aliados and the Crystal Palace Gardens, ideal for strolls and leisure time. The area offers a variety of restaurants and shops, providing a complete experience in the heart of the city.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
To facilitate your arrival and departure, we offer a transfer service upon request. Contact us to schedule. For those arriving by public transport, the nearest metro station is Lapa, a few minutes' walk away. There is paid parking nearby.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros for smoking will be applied.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).  
  
If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.  
  
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €150\. If this amount is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.  
  
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a collaborator to carry out an inspection of the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
