Well located, this is the ideal retreat to fully immerse yourself in the true essence of the city. The Space: The apartment features a mezzanine-style en-suite bedroom, a cosy living room with a sofa bed and a view of the famous Rua de Miguel Bombarda, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining space, and a guest bathroom with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. For your convenience, our apartment includes a lift, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV with multiple channels. Book now! Because Liiiving is easy. Guest Access: Entire apartment for our guests! The Neighborhood: Rua Miguel Bombarda is a modern cultural hub, blending art with innovation. You will find shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants, bookshops, retro-cool furniture stores, alternative décor shops, design, fashion, music, and the famous art galleries. You will be just 500m from Palácio de Cristal, with its stunning gardens and magnificent views over the Douro River. You can also visit the Romantic Museum or the Soares dos Reis Museum. Approximately 1km away, you will find Avenida dos Aliados, Mercado do Bolhão, Rua de Santa Catarina, and Rua das Flores. We would love to welcome you. Getting Around: A wide network of public transport is available nearby. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). The tenant agrees to allow a team member, when requested by the host, to enter the property for inspection purposes. Monthly visits are scheduled for this purpose. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. Late check-out: If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. If you stay beyond the check-out time without authorisation, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. Lost key policy: If you lose the key, a replacement cost will be applied (to be confirmed). If you leave the key inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and requires technical intervention, the cost will be determined on request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package. If this limit is exceeded, the extra cost will be charged to the guest. We offer a transfer service that will take you straight to the apartment! Just ask us for the price. You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (ask us for prices).
