Renovated studio in the center of Porto, close to Shopping Via Catarina. Central location, just a few meters from Bolhão, Trindade, important historical monuments and various traditional commerce and services.  
  
The apartment is fully equipped, furnished and is on the 1st floor in a renovated building, with elevator.  
  
Large living room with natural lighting, dining table, sofa bed, TV, tall windows facing Rua de Santa Catarina.  
  
Bedroom with sliding door, double bed and built-in wardrobes for storage. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils for everyday life, combined refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.  
  
Within walking distance of the apartment you can find: Trindade, Avenida dos Aliados, Bolhão, Ribeira, São Bento Station, Torre dos Clérigos, Porto Cathedral, among many other places. Paid parking near the apartment.
