Located in the Campo 24 de Agosto area, a 14-minute walk from the Coliseu do Porto, this apartment is part of a charming building, completely renovated in 2020\. The common areas include large green spaces and wide corridors. Free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, balcony, air conditioning and a parking space. The T1 apartment is on the second floor of a building with two elevators. It has a bedroom with a spacious closet to store your personal items, a comfortable double bed, cotton bed linen, pillows, duvet, blanket and bedside table. The living room has a dining table, a sofa bed, cabinet with TV, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen utensils and assorted crockery, oven, induction hob, oven microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, among others. In addition to the excellent outdoor common areas, you can count on a private balcony with outdoor furniture and wooden deck floors, where you can enjoy breakfast and other meals, or just relax after a day of exploring the city. On the balcony there is a laundry area with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Smoking is not permitted inside. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and hygiene items (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), as well as bath towels for your stay. Free Wi-Fi during your stay and air conditioning in the rooms. All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of €20 paid in cash and during check-in. Baby utensils must be requested up to one week before check-in. After check-in/during your stay, additional costs may apply if: \- Loss of key; \- Key forgotten inside the apartment; \- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock. Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40 / 150 Eur.
