Modern furnished with comfort in mind, this eclectic 45m2 studio is close to various top attractions in Porto such as Jardim de Teófilo Braga, Slava Ukrain I - Street art. The Lapa station is only a 6-minute walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.” This studio is designed with open living, dining and kitchen area. Relax in the living room which features a comfy double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There’s also a door leading to the balcony. The building offers a shared terrace for guests to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook including coffee maker, microwave, fridge and oven. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment should you need it. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need such as toilet, shower and hair dryer. Towels and toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This studio is located near the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, with its stunning gardens and breathtaking views of the Douro River, offers a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The Porto Cathedral, a magnificent architectural masterpiece, showcases the city's rich history and religious significance. For those seeking a taste of local cuisine and vibrant atmosphere, the property is dotted with an array of restaurants and bars. Abadia do Porto and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante are just a few of the establishments where visitors can indulge in delicious Portuguese dishes and sample the region's famous port wine. In addition to its cultural and culinary offerings, the Lapa station, located just a short 6-minute walk away, provides easy connections to other parts of the city, allowing visitors to explore all that Porto has to offer. Lastly, for those seeking entertainment, the Ageas Porto Coliseum is a must-visit venue. This historic theater hosts a variety of performances, ranging from concerts to theatrical productions, providing a delightful and culturally enriching experience for all. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Lapa, is just a 6-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
