Welcome to our home!  
  
Flats are located in a 2 minute pleasant walk from Porto city landmarks such as Clerigos Tower, Lello Bookstore and Virtudes Garden, and in a 5 minute walk from the metro (Aliados) and train station (São Bento).  
The building has nice views over the Clerigos’ area, Virtudes’ Garden and River Douro.  
  
Guests will have access to the entire home!  
  
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.  
  
Miragaia is a charming and historic neighbourhood in Porto, Portugal, known for its narrow cobbled streets, colourful houses, and scenic views of the Douro River. This area offers a rich blend of history and culture, with landmarks like the Church of São Pedro de Miragaia and the small but picturesque Jardim da Cordoaria. The neighbourhood's riverside location is great for leisurely walks and the city's vibrant atmosphere.  
  
Visitors to Miragaia can also explore its local shops, cafes, and traditional restaurants, which offer an authentic taste of Porto's culinary heritage. The neighborhood's proximity to Porto's main attractions, such as the iconic Ribeira district and the Dom Luís I Bridge, makes it a convenient and attractive destination for tourists looking to experience the city's unique blend of old-world charm and modern vibrancy.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest metro station, S. Bento, is just a 6-minute walk.  
  
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.  
  
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
