Tastefully decorated, this charming 60 m2 apartment offers comfort, a modern atmosphere, and proximity to the city center.  
  
The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. The area has a warm ambiance and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including an electric hob, kettle, and coffee machine, among other utilities, to whip up a delicious meal.  
  
The two bedrooms have a queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.  
  
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.  
  
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.  
  
Important notes: It is necessary to climb three stairs to access the apartment. Furthermore, we inform you that you may find some cat waste in external areas. Our team is always watchful of this problem, but unfortunately, it is not possible for us to continuously control the situation.

This property is ideally situated for those looking to explore the city's attractions. The famous Luís I Bridge and Porto Cathedral are within easy reach, offering stunning views and historical significance. For those looking to relax, the luxurious Pestana Palácio do Freixo spa is just a short distance away. Nearby, guests can also enjoy delicious meals at Restaurante Churrasqueira Central das Antas or unwind with a drink at one of the many bars in the area. With its great location and proximity to key sites, this property is the perfect base for a memorable stay in Porto.  
  
This property is conveniently situated near two train stations - Campanhã (1 km) and Campanhã (1.3 km). This central location provides easy access to public transportation, allowing guests to explore the city with ease.  
  
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.  
  
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.  
  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.  
  
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.  
  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).  
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.  
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
