Situated on the 1st floor with no elevator access in a picturesque area, our apartment perfectly blends riverside serenity and local vibrancy. Immerse yourself in the stunning river of Douro, just a short stroll away, offering sun-soaked days and breathtaking river views.

The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a furnished balcony overlooking the beach, perfect for relaxing.

There is no kitchen but essential cutleries, a kettle and a fridge are provided.

The bedroom has a comfy queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and free complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Once a former home to Jewish and Armenian communities, its colorful old houses, cobbled streets, and location near the river will charm anyone who visits Miragaia. This area is also known for being particularly lively during São João, the traditional street party that takes place in Porto in June.

Moreover, Miragaia is where you can eat sardines and drink the best of Portuguese wine as you watch the sunset over the river. Don’t forget to take a walk alongside the Douro. You will not miss the Ponte Luís I, a spectacular metal arch bridge that spans the river between Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia.

You will see that the Bolsa Palace dominates the Infante D. Henrique Square. Visit the famous Arab room inspired by the Alhambra of Grenada in Spain. Igreja de San Francisco is must visit if you want to be refresh!

After, you can either hop on the Funicular dos Guindais or stroll along Bandeirinha da Saúde (Miradouro) to get a better view of the Douro river.

Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:

- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest tram stop, Infante, is a min away on foot.
- The nearest train station, São Bento, is just 10 mins walk from the flat.
- You could also rent a bike, just below our building.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 20 mins drive from the accommodation.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

In case of emergency with keys: - After entering the building, up the first flight of stairs, the keys to the storage rooms are above the electrical board on the left. The storage room is on the second floor, inside the storage room, to the right on the wall has keys to each apartment.
