Tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment with 35m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.  
  
The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting.  
  
This property features a charming enclosed terrace framed by rustic stone walls that exude character and charm. The space is designed for relaxation, offering a peaceful ambience with soft, warm lighting and decorative greenery that adds a touch of nature to the setting.  
  
This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use. The apartment also has a dishwasher making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal.  
  
The bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed, hangers, and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.  
  
Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.  
  
The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.  
  
It is located on the 3rd Floor and is accessed by stairs.

This is a fantastic location for exploring the area. Just a short stroll from the property, you’ll find the world-renowned Port Wine Cellars, including iconic names like Caves Ferreira, Sandeman, and Graham's. These cellars offer fascinating guided tours and tastings, allowing you to explore the region's winemaking heritage.  
  
The property is also within walking distance of the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, an architectural marvel that connects Vila Nova de Gaia with Porto. Along the Ribeira de Gaia, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll by the river, lined with charming restaurants, cafes, and bars, all while taking in stunning views of Porto across the water.  
  
For those who appreciate scenic views, the Jardim do Morro is just a short walk away. This beautiful garden provides panoramic vistas of Porto and the Douro River, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. For a unique experience, take a ride on the Vila Nova de Gaia Cable Car, which offers a bird’s-eye view of the area as it ascends from the riverside to the Jardim do Morro.  
  
If you’re in the mood for some retail therapy, the El Corte Inglés Gaia, a large department store, is just a short drive away, offering a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Additionally, for beach lovers, Praia de Lavadores is just a 10-15 minute drive from the property, providing a serene escape to the coast.  
  
Just an 11-minute walk from General Torres station. This convenient location allows for easy access to public transportation.  
  
This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat.  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Points forts : Propreté, commodités

The property is close to a small supermarket and some lovely restaurants. It is also a short walk from The World of Wine and various port houses. The apartment was fine, but there is no housekeeping, despite this being suggested by posters in the apartment. It is easy to get from the apartment to central Porto for visits and pick up points for excursions. The ten hour trip to two vineyards with food and limitless wine is a great day out!
