Welcome to my apartment!  
  
This delightful 30 m2 three-studio apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this lovely city. Guests must use stairs to reach their apartments.  
  
As the property is located above a bar club, guests must expect noise during the night until the early hours of the morning. It is not recommended for children.  
  
The apartment features a laundry room common to all three studios.  
  
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.  
  
Guests can book the entire apartment for a truly exclusive experience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.  
  
Vitória, a historic neighbourhood in Porto, is a blend of old-world charm and vibrant city life. Its cobblestone streets lead visitors to landmarks like the iconic Clérigos Tower, which offers stunning views of the city, and the beautiful Livraria Lello, a literary treasure. The neighbourhood’s small squares and traditional architecture create a picturesque setting, with charming cafes and local shops inviting you to linger and explore.  
  
Known for its artistic and lively atmosphere, Vitória is home to galleries, cultural spaces, and a bustling nightlife. Its central location provides easy access to Porto's main attractions, including the Ribeira district and São Bento Station. For those seeking a mix of history, culture, and energy, Vitória offers an authentic Porto experience.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport.  
  
The nearest metro station, Aliados, is just a 300-meter walk.  
  
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.  
  
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.  
  
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.  
  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.  
  
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.  
  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).  
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.  
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
