Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer! The kitchenette is equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage. There is a living area with a sofa where you can relax after a day in the city. The bedroom comes with a comfy bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. You can store your bags free of charge at the Welcome Center. Enjoy your stay! Guests have access to the entire property We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay. There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes. The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends. There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines. It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Diogo Brandão, is just a 3-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) This is a street with a lot of shopping and entertainment, very central, and typical of the city of Porto. Unfortunately, in the middle of my third night, the water heater began to overflow and flood the apartment. After being relocated twice by the owners, finally to a really unacceptable property that was quite far from the conference I was attending, I gave up and moved to a hotel. They refunded me for the final two nights, but I hold them accountable for the loss of my third and fourth nights, for which they are unwilling to compensate me. Just be warned that if something goes wrong in a property owned by GuestReady you may find yourself, like me, wishing you had booked elsewhere from the beginning. ##### Rachel M. Right off a quiet street with a bus stop right in front! Lots of restaurants and shopping all around in a bustling neighborhood. A grocery store, laundromat, and pharmacy are all close by as well.
