Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer. This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring Porto. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedrooms contain comfy king-sized beds with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. The property is situated in the historical center, so some noise may be heard, especially during busy times. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well! The apartment is accessible by public transport or by car. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. It had its plus sides; good location and larger than pictured in photos. We had a couple majors issues though: First thing was the front door was quite old and only one of my group was even able to open the front door with the key. Secondly on our first night the hot water tank (located in the unit) began to beep loudly after we used the shower. This continue for 6-7 hours into the middle of the night. The company was not able to fix it in the middle of the night, which we understood but we were not provided any compensation for getting no sleep and the inconvenience. Lastly the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Unsure if I would stay here again ##### Michelle O.
