Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), this contemporary, fully furnished, and tastefully decorated 30 sqm home is close to several top attractions on Rua Conde Ferreira, including Livraria Lello and the Clérigos Church and Tower. The subway station is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, making it easy for guests to explore the city. This house is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Featuring a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table big enough to accommodate four people, The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it. The bedroom features a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Fresh towels will also be provided for your convenience. There’s also a private balcony equipped with seating areas where you can enjoy the stunning views. The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. The stairs to the loft would be better described as a ladder, at least a 60 degree climb. The kitchen is sparsely furnished for cooking, minimal number of utensils, no ICE cube tray, scissors, etc. Iron provided but no ironing board. Shower floor is smooth and slippery! No shelf for soaps or shampoo. The only clothing hanging or storage is upstairs in the loft. So when the apartment is entered there is no where to go but up to hang things. It feels like this is a college rental that is in need of some TLC. Be aware the key is picked up from a different location than the apartment. ##### Dave S.
