This delightful 92 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access. This thoughtfully designed space boasts modern living and kitchen areas. The living room offers a cosy sitting area with a double couch, perfect for unwinding with a favourite show after a day of city adventures. The open-concept kitchen creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for shared meals and conversations. Fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, it's ready for any culinary creation. A bright exterior sunroom features a washing machine for added convenience. The two stylish bedrooms provide comfort and functionality. The first includes a queen bed, air conditioning, and generous storage. The second offers a queen bed, air conditioning, a spacious closet, and a private ensuite bathroom for added ease. A common bathroom in the hallway has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a lovely balcony where guests can enjoy their morning coffee and the sunlight. An outdoor swimming pool and paddle tennis court are available upon request, and there is no need to pre-book. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Please note that the pool may be unavailable for use due to maintenance on certain days of the year, which is the condominium's exclusive responsibility. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Nestled in Oliveira do Douro, Vila Nova de Gaia, this inviting stay offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for travellers looking to explore northern Portugal. Just minutes from the Douro River, guests can enjoy scenic walks, charming local eateries, and easy access to the famous Port wine cellars in Gaia. The area provides a more relaxed atmosphere while remaining close to Porto’s historic centre, accessible via a short drive or public transport. Ideal for those seeking an authentic experience, the accommodation features modern living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and two stylish bedrooms. Whether strolling along the Douro waterfront, visiting local wineries, or discovering Gaia’s hidden gems, this location offers a welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, D. João II, is just a 15-minute walking distance. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
