Welcome to my apartment!  
  
This delightful 50 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 3rd floor via stairs - the lift only works from the first floor.  
  
It is designed with classy and modern areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.  
  
The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing while cooking. It includes essential cookware, cutlery, and a dining table where guests can share meals together.  
  
The property offers one lovely modern bedroom that includes a queen bed and multiple storage spaces.   
  
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.  
  
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.  
  
Enjoy your stay!  
  
Guests will have access to the entire home!  
  
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.  
  
Located in the heart of Porto, this area offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and modern vibrancy. Just a short walk away, visitors can admire the stunning azulejo tiles at São Bento Railway Station or climb the iconic Clérigos Tower for breathtaking city views. The nearby Ribeira district, with its colourful buildings along the Douro River, provides a charming setting for dining and exploration. Porto’s historic charm is complemented by lively streets filled with cafes, boutique shops, and cultural landmarks.  
  
Food lovers can indulge in traditional Portuguese cuisine at local restaurants or visit the famous Mercado do Bolhão for fresh regional produce. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Vila Nova de Gaia, home to renowned port wine cellars offering tastings and tours. Art and literature fans can explore the beautiful Livraria Lello and contemporary exhibitions at the Serralves Foundation. Whether strolling along the riverfront or immersing in the city's rich history, this vibrant location offers an unforgettable experience in Porto.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest metro station, Aliados, is just 110 meters away.  
  
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.  
  
NOTE: The property is located on a busy street, so there could be some noise during the day.  
  
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.  
  
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.  
  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.  
  
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.  
  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).  
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.  
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
