This lovely apartment with 40m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities. The bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed and a wardrobe. It is equipped with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the whole property! The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto. Sehr sauber und gepflegt und ansprechend eingerichtet. Ich habe alles, was für einen auch längeren Aufenthalt erforderlich ist, vorgefunden. Einziger Mangelpunkt ist das wenige Geschirr, was der Benutzung der Geschirrspülmaschine entgegenstand. Ich hätte mir für einen langfristigen Mietzeitraum auch Wechselbettwäsche-und handtücher gewünscht. Dies wurde mir, auch auf meine Bitte hin, nicht unentgeltlich zur Verfügung gestellt.
