Conveniently located a few minutes to Porto City Center, Park, and about 25 minutes walking to the Beach, where you can find several amenities, Restaurants, Surf Classes, Bike rentals. Local Fish Restaurants in Matosinhos. (Walk/Car/Bus). In this 125 m² Cosy and Typical house, you will relax with a sunny garden and a great atmosphere that will allow you to rest and enjoy all the city has to offer. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your use. There is a living area with a sofa where you can relax after a day in the city. The bedrooms come with comfy beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Free Street Parking! Enjoy your stay! Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay. There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes. The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends. There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines. It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day. Existem várias paragens de BUS na area. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Instructions were accurate. Also, street parking was easy to find. The location was suburban and well located near cafes, restaurants, a beautiful park, and the coastline. Close drive to downtown. The house itself is basic. The linens and furnishings are basic. You will need to provide your own napkins, towels, etc. We stayed in winter and none of the minisplits worked to provide heat. They blew cold air. There were no extra blankets or bed coverings. We asked for more and the property manager provided a couple additional blankets and heater. The house is cold in winter and you should expect it to take at least a day to become slightly warmer, if the heaters are working. ##### Lisa F.
