Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio (30 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Porto, such as Livraria Lello and Jardins do Palácio de Cristal! The subway station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease. This apartment is designed with open living and sleeping areas with a separate area for the kitchen and dining. Featuring a large sofa and a dining table that can accommodate up to two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook a homecooked meal, including a microwave. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it. The bedroom features a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Towels will also be provided for your convenience. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We want to inform you that our home, located in the bustling city centre, is close to various commercial activities. This may result in some noise. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
