Our wonderfully furnished apartment promise the ideal home base for an unforgettable stay in the city. The central location of the apartments allows you to explore the beautiful city of Porto! The apartment is composed of 2 double beds for maximum of 4 guests, a living room with couch, a kitchen complete with dining table and chairs, and 2 bathrooms In our home, you will have Wifi, hot water system, TV, washing machine, and a laptop friendly workspace. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, you will find fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, basic cookware and cutleries. The home is also complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! Enjoy your stay. Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The Brito Capelo Apartment, although located in the center of the city, is situated in a quiet and peaceful area. Around it you can find traditional shops with products of Portuguese gastronomy. The nearest metro station is Carolina Michaelis. Catch the Metro in Airport to Carolina Michaelis metro station, then walk 9 minutes, to Rua Brito Capelo, Porto, number 57\. The apartment is in the first floor. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man auch selbst kochen kann. Es gibt ausreichend Pfannen, Teller, Geschirr und eine Auswahl an Elektrogeräten wie Mixer, Saftpresse, Toaster allerdings gibt es leider nur einen Topf. Die Agentur hat sich schnell bei Problemen zurück gemeldet. Das war sehr positiv! Leider hat die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig gelassen und Handtücher von dem Vormieter hingen noch im Bad. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern lassen sich leider nicht öffnen, sodass man die untere Etage nicht lüften kann. Dies sollte dringend behoben werden! Als es stark geregnet hat, ist am Fenstersturz Wasser in das Apartment getropft. Dieser Baumangel muss ebenfalls behoben werden. ##### Raphaela B.
