This charming 110m² duplex apartment is beautifully decorated and ideally situated near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. It is located on the 4th floor and has elevator access. In the living room, you'll find cosy sofa beds to unwind on and a large-screen TV for all your favourite shows. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting and bright atmosphere. The dining area includes a table with six, ideal for enjoying a homemade meal with family or friends. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious dishes, including an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. There's also a washing machine available for your laundry needs. The main bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a double bed. Both are outfitted with premium hotel-quality linen. The hallway has ample storage space and hangers for your convenience. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh during your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Important note: The upper floor is carpeted, which may not be suitable for those with allergies. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
