Enjoy your holidays in our premium apartment with terrace, located in the heart of the city of Porto, ensuring absolute relaxation, 5 minutes walk from Avenida dos Aliados and Ribeira, perfect to start exploring the city by staying in the center of Porto without need any type of transport. Decorated to taste and located meters from the main tourist attractions, in an area surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket, all types of access. Apartment on the second floor without elevator.  
  
Air conditioning is a plus for hot summer days, as well as to keep you warm during your stay in our fantastic apartment.  
  
  
  
Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.  
  
Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city center and surrounding areas, with several public transport nearby including metro and bus.  
  
  
  
The apartment is a bedroom with a double bed, which can accommodate 2 guests.  
  
  
  
The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, oven and hob.  
  
Both bed linen and towels are of hotel quality and are cleaned by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.  
  
Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.  
  
  
  
Easy and smooth check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3pm to 4am, free of charge in case of late arrivals.  
  
All guests must provide us with their identification documents in a timely manner.  
  
Parties, or any type of noise or disturbance in the building or within the accommodation, are completely prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of noise complaints.
