THE SPACE:
This is one of the most traditional areas of Porto. Difficult to be more central in Porto, it is 10 min away of many attractions as Avenida dos Aliados, City Hall, the famous street of Santa Catarina, the Cathedral and others. Besides that, you will also find everything you might need as Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Cafes, Restaurants and Bars super close by.

There are many bus stops nearby. The closest metro station is Avenida dos Aliados.

LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.

Lovely stay

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Carolina was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The location near the city center was perfect. The only thing that we could not get to work was the television, but who needs TV when you're in Porto. I would highly recommend.
