Villetta Ginestra is a holiday home in Torre Lapillo, 250 meters away from the sea. The house is equipped with outdoor furnished areas, built-in barbecue, heated outdoor shower, air conditioning, washing machine, tv and mosquito nets. It accommodates up to 8 guests. Small pets are allowed.

Ginestra is introduced by an outdoor covered area with table and  
chairs. At the back of the holiday home there is a furnished courtyard  
with dining area, barbecue, outdoor shower and sink. It is partly  
covered by bamboo canes. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower.  
The holiday home opens into a large dining area with air conditioning, tv and a sofa bed. The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed (if necessary it can be used as triple bedroom with only twin-sized beds) and 1 twin bedroom.  
Moreover, there are a bathroom with shower and the kitchenette with  
access to the courtyard where there is the second bathroom with shower.

Ginestra is in Torre Lapillo, near Porto Cesareo, on the Ionian coast.  
Torre Lapillo is famous for its sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. The  
holiday home is 250 meters away from the sea and the watchtower that is  
the symbol of the seaside location. The closest beach is 500 meters  
away while the closest beach establishment is 1,5 kilometers away. The  
city centre of Torre Lapillo is 400 meters away.  
  
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.  
\- Only small pets admitted.  
\- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
