With parking available for two cars at the property and motor access via an unmade road (500 m), you can conveniently explore the surrounding area.

Adjacent is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, four gas rings, and an electric coffee machine, also leading to the terrace. This level is complete with a shower room, bidet, and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms, each with a fan and access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a room with a french bed (120 cm) and a fan, leading out to a balcony. This floor also has a shower room, bidet, and toilet.

The villa comes well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. You'll have access to a washing machine and a hair dryer for your convenience.
