The layout is multi-level with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for your whole group, some great den/living space for families of all ages, and a dining room that accommodates the whole crew! The homeowner was very responsive and made stay very nice with easy communication, no-hassle check in, and a great snack basket that our kids loved. The abundant rooms, beds, couches, and tvs made for a great evening hangout space after a long day out hiking the coast. The kids especially loved the "movie room" with the big screen tv, recliners, and plenty of floor space for all 18 of us to watch a movie together! ##### Kate L.
