Had to find a hotel close the PDX for one night. fit the bill, but a bit too basic even for us (we are used to travel Low budget). Badly needs update (and get try if of smell).

The room we selected is non smoking room. But the room they gave us is having full smoke smell which we couldn’t bare. We asked them for exchange but they said they don’t have any other rooms available. We had worst experience staying all night in smoking smells.

Only one entrance for cars to drive in, that one entrance is shared by 3 hotels, and all hotel guests have to pay to park a car. I drove a rental car in to pick up luggage, left 5 minutes later, & still had to pay $1.00 for the 5 minutes the car was on site!

It was ok . I booked it as a package deal through Expedia and thought it was a regular hotel , but it was really just a two story motel. No breakfast or pool . It was kept up decent , staff was very good and a convenient location being right by the interstate and a main street through Portland so that was good .
