This two story home has a welcoming stairway that leads to a large front patio. When you enter the house you notice the open floor plan that leads through the cozy living room, to the classic style dining room and the kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Upstairs are the master has a large walk in closet and a beautifully finished private bathroom. The other bedrooms allow for waking up to beautiful natural light. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are a number of local restaurant's, a grocery store and of course, a Starbuck's. The owner was a delight to interact with. All correspondences were addressed in a very timely manner.
