Needed to buy toilet paper after a few days, only 2 rolls provided. Chipped paint in some areas. Had to clean dishes before using. We had significant issues with A/C not working properly, lost sleep many nights. Asked for help which we were told would be provided. None ever came and no progress info ever provided. Never happened, NEVER. We dealt with this for 5 days. Communication was poor, a 1 was generous. The owner was never involved. VACASA MANAGED HOUSE. TOLD WE WOULD RECEIVE SOME COMPNESATION.
