It's a really nice space to hang out and relax. There are lots of thoughtful details like coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash and other amenities that you don't always have in a rental. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. The bathroom is super nice (rain shower and soaking tub) and the bed is comfortable. The neighborhood is great. It is a short walk up to Hawthorne or down to Division for dining, shopping etc. It was easy to get around using mass transit and was close to several bus lines. We were walking distance from so many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We barely drove this trip. We stayed for a week and Marissa was very responsive, helpful and made sure our trip was as smooth as possible. The only thing to note is that she and one other do live at this location so keep in mind that if you don’t like hearing others walking around or doing activities at night then I would double check other listings.
